The Township Clerk is the official custodian of records, books and papers of the Township.
The Clerk is responsible for maintaining records of the Township of Antioch in accordance with State statutes and local ordinances. The Clerk files all certificates, oaths and other papers required by law.

Township Seal
The Clerk serves as custodian of the Township Seal; maintaining permanent originals of all Township documents under the Clerk’s jurisdiction. The Clerk certifies authenticity of documents and attests signature of the Township Supervisor.

Keeping Minutes
The Township Clerk serves as the clerk for the Township Board. The Clerk keeps minutes of all Town meetings and Town Board meetings. The Clerk is responsible for recording the proceedings, as well as every order, vote or direction.

Voter Registration
Traditional deputy registrars are available to accept your voter registration application here at the Antioch Township office or at the Lake County Clerk’s office. You can now also register online, by mail, during early voting, or on Election Day. Requirements and other locations
